Before the Order Is Final

MSJ confirms stock, fitment, condition, final price, and pickup or delivery details on WhatsApp before payment. If you are unsure about fitment, send your BMW model, year, chassis code, engine, VIN, or a photo.

Return Window

Returns may be accepted within 7 days for stocked new items if the part is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp before returning anything.

Local Parts

Local parts are sold based on the condition confirmed before purchase. Condition, photos, and known marks should be reviewed before payment. Local part returns are handled case by case.

Special-Order & Electrical Items

Special-order, imported-on-request, custom, electronic, or electrical items may not be returnable once the order is confirmed and sourcing begins. We will make this clear before payment where it applies.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong part or a damaged item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos and order details. Verified issues caused by our side will be handled fairly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Message MSJ on WhatsApp with your order details and photos.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Do not ship or bring back a part before return approval.
  4. Refund, replacement, or store credit is handled after inspection.
