Returns Policy

Overview

We want every purchase to be the right one. If something goes wrong, contact us on WhatsApp within the timeframe below and we will work with you to resolve it.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for stocked items, provided the part is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Items that have been fitted, modified, or show signs of installation are not eligible.

Special-Order & Custom Parts

Parts sourced specifically for your order (special-order, custom-mapped, or imported-on-request) are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and sourcing begins. Please confirm fitment and part number before placing a special order.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong part or a damaged item, contact us on WhatsApp immediately with photos and your order details. We will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping for verified errors on our side.

Fitment Issues

Fitment is the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend confirming chassis, engine code, production year and body style before ordering. Use our Fitment Help page or send us your car details on WhatsApp before purchasing if you are unsure.

Parts returned due to buyer-side fitment errors may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs at the buyer's expense.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. We will notify you when the refund has been issued.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
  3. Ship the item back in original packaging (do not ship without confirmation).
  4. Refund or replacement issued once the item is received and inspected.
