Terms of Service

The website is a catalog and order-request tool. No online payment is collected on the website. A cart submission starts a WhatsApp conversation where MSJ Performance confirms stock, vehicle fitment, final pricing, payment method, pickup, delivery, or shipping before an order is finalized. Standard delivery is 2-7 business days after written confirmation unless MSJ confirms a different timeline.

A product shown on the website is not a binding offer until MSJ Performance confirms availability, fitment, total price, and order terms in writing through WhatsApp or another approved communication channel.

BMW parts can vary by chassis, engine, model year, market, trim, and previous vehicle modifications. Customers must provide accurate vehicle details before purchase, including model year, chassis code, engine code, and relevant modifications where known.

Fitment guidance is provided in good faith using the information available. MSJ Performance is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer information, undisclosed modifications, improper installation, or use outside the part manufacturer's intended application.

Prices are listed in JOD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, delivery, import duties, customs charges, installation, coding, tuning, and other optional services may be calculated separately and disclosed before payment is requested. Returns are not accepted except for verified arrival damage or a wrong item sent by MSJ.

If a listed price, description, or availability status is incorrect, MSJ Performance may correct it before accepting the order. Customers may cancel before payment if the final confirmed terms are not acceptable.

MSJ Performance may require a deposit or full payment before sourcing, reserving, importing, or ordering a part. Deposits for special-order, imported, custom, tuning, electrical, electronic, lighting, or used/local parts are non-refundable once sourcing starts unless MSJ confirms that it cannot supply the agreed item.

If a customer delays response, refuses delivery, cancels after sourcing starts, or provides incorrect vehicle details, MSJ may retain the deposit to cover supplier, freight, customs, banking, handling, storage, or administrative costs.

A customer may cancel before payment or before MSJ confirms that sourcing has started. After sourcing, reservation, import, customization, coding, licensing, or supplier commitment begins, cancellation may be refused or may be subject to costs already incurred.

MSJ Performance may cancel or refuse any order where stock becomes unavailable, a supplier changes terms, the part appears unsuitable or unsafe for the customer's vehicle, payment is not completed, fraud risk is suspected, or the customer abuses staff or the sales process.

Performance, suspension, braking, electrical, lighting, carbon, and tuning parts should be installed by qualified technicians. Motorsport and performance parts may affect warranty coverage, emissions compliance, comfort, reliability, insurance, or road legality.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the part is legal for their intended road, track, or competition use.

Unless MSJ Performance gives a written warranty for a specific item, products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty only, if any. Warranty coverage, duration, approval, replacement, labor, freight, and inspection requirements are controlled by the manufacturer or supplier.

Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, racing, track use, tuning errors, overheating, accident damage, wear and tear, cosmetic wear after installation, modified parts, incorrect fitment information supplied by the customer, or use outside manufacturer instructions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MSJ Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including loss of vehicle use, towing, workshop time, rental vehicles, tuning issues, insurance issues, fines, or failed inspections.

MSJ Performance's maximum responsibility for an accepted claim is limited to repair, replacement, store credit, or refund of the confirmed price paid for the affected product, as chosen by MSJ where legally permitted.

Customers agree to contact MSJ Performance first to resolve any order issue before filing a bank dispute or chargeback. If a chargeback is filed after MSJ has supplied the confirmed item or started a non-refundable special order, MSJ may provide the order confirmation, WhatsApp records, delivery proof, and policy acceptance to the payment provider.

MSJ Performance is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including supplier delays, customs delays, courier disruption, border delays, payment-provider issues, platform outages, internet failures, weather, strikes, government action, war, or other emergency events.

Any admin or staff access must be used only by authorized MSJ Performance personnel. Customers may not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the website, scrape private systems, or misuse forms and upload features.

These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless another mandatory consumer law applies. Any dispute should first be raised with MSJ Performance through WhatsApp or the contact page so the parties can try to resolve it directly.
