Delivery Area

We primarily serve customers in Jordan. Shipping is available nationwide. International orders may be possible — contact us on WhatsApp before ordering to confirm availability and shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are confirmed during the WhatsApp order process. Costs depend on part size, weight, and delivery location. We will always provide a clear breakdown before finalizing the order.

Pickup Option

Self-pickup in Amman is available for stocked and local items. Contact us to arrange a time before visiting.

Damaged in Transit

If your part arrives damaged, send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you for verified transit damage.
