MSJ does not charge payment on this website. Standard delivery is 2-7 business days after written order confirmation. Shipping, delivery, import duties, taxes, handling, pickup timing, and final price are confirmed with you before payment is requested.
Verification Before Payment
After submitting a checkout request, our team opens a WhatsApp thread to confirm BMW fitment against your exact chassis, stock availability, estimated handoff timing, and the final price including any applicable import duties, taxes, shipping, delivery, or handling fees. The 2-7 business day delivery window starts only after MSJ confirms the order in writing.
Local Pickup — Amman Hub
Secure pickup appointments at our Amman facility are available after order confirmation. Our team coordinates a safe handoff schedule once your hardware has arrived and been inspected.
Courier Delivery Across Jordan
For stocked catalog items, delivery across Jordan is usually arranged within 2-7 business days after confirmation. Bulkier performance hardware — intake systems, downpipes, coilovers, big-brake kits — may require special handling based on part size, weight, and your delivery location.
Special Orders And Imports
Special-order, imported, backordered, oversized, fragile, or supplier-direct parts may take longer than 2-7 business days. If a promised delivery date changes, MSJ will update you and confirm the available options before moving forward where required.
Transit Damage
If any component arrives with visible transit damage, send photos via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt. All verified transit claims are reviewed and handled by our logistics team.
Risk And Inspection
Customers should inspect parts at pickup or immediately on delivery. Do not install a part that appears damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. Contact MSJ before installation if anything looks wrong.
Failed Delivery
If the customer provides the wrong address, is unavailable, refuses delivery, or delays pickup after confirmation, extra delivery, storage, return, or handling fees may apply before the item is released or resent.
Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and availability window. MSJ is not responsible for delay, loss, or extra cost caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
