Used Parts Marketplace Policy
These terms apply to customer-submitted used parts, local listings, and marketplace-style requests handled through MSJ Performance.
01
Listing Review
MSJ Performance may review, edit, approve, reject, hide, or remove used-part listings at any time. Submission does not guarantee publication, sale, promotion, valuation, or availability.
02
Seller Responsibility
The seller is responsible for providing accurate part details, photos, condition notes, vehicle fitment information, ownership status, and any defects, repairs, missing hardware, or prior damage.
Sellers must not submit stolen goods, counterfeit parts, misleading photos, third-party copyrighted images without permission, unsafe parts, or items they are not allowed to sell.
03
Buyer Responsibility
Used parts are sold according to the disclosed condition at the time of sale. Buyers should inspect photos, ask questions, confirm fitment, and request additional information before payment or pickup.
04
MSJ Role
Unless MSJ Performance expressly states that it owns or warranties a used item, MSJ may act as a listing host, introducer, reviewer, or coordinator. MSJ is not responsible for undisclosed seller defects, title disputes, prior installation history, or buyer misuse.
05
Listing Content
By submitting a used-part listing, the seller gives MSJ Performance permission to display, crop, resize, edit, and reuse the submitted photos, text, price, and part information for the listing, promotion, moderation, and sale coordination.
MSJ may remove listing content that appears false, unsafe, infringing, counterfeit, stolen, abusive, or incomplete.
06
Payments And Disputes
Payment, deposit, pickup, delivery, and ownership transfer terms for used parts must be confirmed in writing before the transaction. MSJ may refuse to mediate disputes caused by undisclosed defects, buyer inspection failure, seller misrepresentation, or private arrangements made outside MSJ channels.
07
Safety
Used braking, suspension, wheel, electrical, airbag, lighting, tuning, and safety-related parts should be inspected and installed by qualified professionals. MSJ may refuse listings that appear unsafe or misleading.
